Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees. You will collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting through accurate data and timely committee packs.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to meet deadlines while communicating effectively at all levels,

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs; minutes must reflect discussions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes from risk committees and ERC.
• Manages and owns risk committee meeting schedules and calendars.
• Oversees annual review cycle of Terms of Reference for material risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains strategic crisis management documentation and reporting.
