To deliver world-class executive recruitment services to senior Technology & Operations leadership, ensuring the organisation attracts, engages and hires exceptional executive‑level talent.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement executive recruitment strategies aligned to organisational priorities, including identifying potential candidates through direct sourcing, professional networks, social platforms, market mapping and referrals.
  • Build and maintain an executive talent needs assessment to anticipate future hiring requirements and sustain a robust, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Create compelling job briefs and recruitment marketing materials, manage sourcing and screening activity, conduct executive interviews, provide hiring recommendations and lead offer negotiation.
  • Oversee onboarding activities for senior hires, including coordination of orientation and transition processes to ensure a seamless integration into the organisation.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR colleagues, external search firms and industry networks, to strengthen the executive talent pipeline and ensure best‑practice recruitment delivery.
Vice President Expectations
  • Contribute to or set functional strategy, drive requirements, recommend change initiatives, plan resources and budgets, and oversee the management and continuous improvement of policies, processes and governance.
  • If leading a team: define roles and responsibilities, plan for future capability needs, coach and guide team members, influence performance and reward decisions, and lead specialists to deliver both tactical and strategic priorities.
  • If operating as an individual contributor: act as a subject matter expert, guide technical direction, lead complex multi‑year assignments, mentor less experienced colleagues, and provide insight that informs long‑term strategy, risk and organisational decision‑making.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and leadership teams on functional and cross‑functional impacts, ensuring alignment to business strategy and priorities.
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risks in line with organisational control, governance and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership behaviours that create an inclusive, high‑performance environment where colleagues can excel.
  • Collaborate across business areas to remain aligned with organisational strategy, operational activity, and emerging talent needs.
  • Apply sophisticated analytical thinking to solve complex problems, evaluate alternative approaches and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Embed insights from extensive research and market analysis into decision‑making and problem‑solving processes.
  • Build and maintain trusting, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using strong negotiation and advisory skills to achieve business objectives.
