Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or above.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Commercially focused with experience in driving sales and GP.
  • Confident, professional, and a natural people person.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and deliver innovative menus while maintaining consistently high standards.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance are delivered at all times.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a kitchen team.
  • Drive client participation, facilitate client meetings, tastings, and showcases.
  • Manage costs, grow sales, and deliver GP in line with budget expectations.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
