A dynamic international organization in the UK is seeking an Executive Business Partner to provide administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director. The ideal applicant will have 3-6 years of relevant experience, fluent Mandarin and English communication skills, and the ability to manage travel logistics, personnel operations, and financial tasks. As our Executive Business Partner, you will work directly with the Managing Director to turn strategy into execution. You will be the engine room of the company, ensuring that while the MD focuses on growth, the operational side of the business runs seamlessly. We act as a bridge between cultures, time zones, and industries. You will be the critical link between WeNext Europe and China HQ, ensuring communication flows with clarity and cultural intelligence.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English-both written and spoken (Essential). Your communication should be clear, precise, and culturally aware.
3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or Operations Coordinator, ideally within an international organisation.
You are comfortable with numbers and sensitive data. You don't need to be an accountant, but you must be confident handling spreadsheets, invoices, and confidential HR documents.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRM tools.
