As the new CEO's Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand to an energetic, fast-paced leader who is looking for a professional who can match his drive and enthusiasm. This role offers significant exposure to high-level decision-making and involves considerable responsibility, including managing complex schedules, international travel, and key board-level UK and USA meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex Diary Management: Organise and prioritise a demanding schedule for the CEO, including both business and private commitments.
  • International Travel Coordination: Arrange frequent travel (primarily to the USA) with attention to detail, logistics, and timing.
  • Board Meeting and Event Coordination: Prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, and coordinate catering, accommodation, and other details for UK and US board meetings.
  • Private Support: Provide personal support.
About You
  • Dynamic and Forward-Thinking: You are someone who brings fresh perspectives to the table, eager to add value and grow within a high-performance environment.
  • International Experience: Ideally, you will have worked in a global, multicultural environment, perhaps having lived or worked abroad.
  • Proactive & Energetic: The CEO thrives on energy and pace—so you need to be someone who enjoys working at speed and handling multiple priorities without losing focus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an international organisation and a proven track record of handling complex, high-stakes tasks with confidence.
  • Location: Must be based in or near Woking, or happy to commute from London.
  • Long-Term Vision: The company is willing to wait for the right candidate, understanding that this role requires the right fit both professionally and personally.

This is an incredible opportunity to play a key role in the future success of a world-leading company. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
