Job description

Executive Assistant – Private Equity

West End | £65,000 | Permanent | Five days in the office | Excellent bonus and benefits

In private equity, the front office sits at the heart of the business – fast-paced, high-impact and central to every investment decision. This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant with strong front office experience within financial services, ideally with exposure to a deal team, who wants to work closely with senior investment professionals.

You’ll support up to four senior individuals who operate at considerable pace. This role requires someone sharp, proactive and calm under pressure, with the ability to anticipate needs, stay one step ahead and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll be part of a genuinely collaborative administrative team where Assistants are respected, trusted and valued.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactive and highly organised diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating complex international travel and producing detailed, accurate itineraries
  • Preparing, formatting and updating pitch decks, presentations and investment materials
  • Managing expenses and supporting updates to the deal log
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, advisors and external stakeholders
  • Organising team lunches, dinners and ad hoc support as required
  • Working closely with a supportive and cohesive EA team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
What you’ll bring
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a front office team within financial services
  • Exposure to a private equity deal team would be a bonus, but not essential
  • Confidence supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a calm, professional manner
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enjoyment of being part of a close-knit support team

This is a standout opportunity to join a highly regarded private equity firm offering excellent working conditions, a competitive salary and strong bonus and benefits.
