Job description
Executive Assistant (Entry-level) - Bright, Capable & Curious EA for High-Growth VC

Up to £40k bonus

This is not your average EA role.

We're on the hunt for an Executive Assistant who thrives on pace, precision, and people. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to support a high-performing Managing Partner and COO at the helm of a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation. They're a small but mighty team working at the sharp end of tech and innovation - and they need an EA who can match their energy, tenacity and appetite for excellence.

The Role:

You’ll be the steady hand in the whirlwind. Someone who ensures that everything (and everyone) runs like clockwork - even when things are moving at breakneck speed. From classic high-level EA support (diaries, travel, expenses) to event planning, office management, and being the right hand to two extremely busy execs - this role is varied, demanding, and hugely rewarding. No two days are the same.

You’ll take full ownership of your world, anticipate what’s around the corner, and get things done before anyone’s had to ask. You’ll have exposure across the business and play a pivotal role in the internal workings of a truly exciting company on the up.

A Bit About You:

You’re sharp, intuitive and two steps ahead. You love people and bring warmth and emotional intelligence to everything you do. You’re tech‑savvy (GSuite, Apple, Keynote, etc.), naturally detail‑oriented, and you take huge pride in the quality of your output. You get a kick out of organising chaos and enabling others to operate at their best.

If you’re the sort of person who spots a better way to do something - and just gets on and makes it happen - you’ll flourish here.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A polished, degree-educated (2:1) looking to grow as an EA long term
  • A true self-starter - proactive, unflappable and endlessly resourceful
  • Impeccable communication skills and an eye for the details that others miss
  • A natural organiser who brings calm to the fast and the frenetic
  • Passion for tech, startups and innovation - and a hunger to learn
Why This Role

You’ll be working alongside inspiring leaders in a genuinely supportive environment that values curiosity, collaboration and excellence. There's scope to grow, to stretch yourself, and to carve out a truly unique EA role.

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
