As the business continues to scale, the company are looking for a proactive and driven Executive Assistant to support two of their Heads of Department.

The Role

This is a newly created position within a collaborative 3‑person EA team. Based in beautiful Soho offices, the role offers a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home, with the potential to reduce this to two office days once you’re fully settled. You’ll play a key role in ensuring senior leaders operate smoothly, while also contributing to the broader business culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones, proactively preventing clashes
  • Coordinating international travel and itineraries
  • Managing expenses
  • Preparing agendas, documents and materials ahead of meetings
  • Supporting with office and company social events
  • Assisting with wider business projects as needed
About You
  • 1–3+ years’ experience in an EA/PA role
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment
  • Confident in managing complex diaries and international travel
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office
  • Ideally, experience in tech, start‑ups, defence, security, or another innovative sector
