We are seeking a proactive, resourceful and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Software Engineering and up to three additional senior leaders. This unique role blends high‑level executive support with engineering operations responsibilities, ensuring our leadership team and engineering organization run efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced high‑growth environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones and manage shifting priorities for up to three senior leaders.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of engineering dashboards, status reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Draft, review and manage internal and external communications ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Organize and prepare materials for leadership meetings, team off‑sites and industry events. Take minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Plan and book domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations and expense reports.
  • Prepare, edit and manage documents, presentations and spreadsheets for executive review.
  • Serve as a point of contact between senior leaders, staff, clients and partners to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to track project milestones, deliverables and resource allocation.
  • Assist with budget tracking, procurement of engineering tools and vendor management as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 5 years supporting C‑level or senior executives, with at least 2 years in an engineering operations, technical program management or similar role, preferably within technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Skills: Superior organizational and time‑management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom and Jira.
  • Familiarity with engineering operations concepts such as agile methodologies, project tracking and technical documentation.
  • Attributes: High level of discretion with confidential information; proactive, adaptable and able to anticipate needs.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic fast‑paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Salary

The UK base salary range for this position is base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new‑hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
