A leading health and care technology provider in the UK is looking for an Executive Assistant to support C-suite executives. You will provide proactive administrative assistance, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings and travel. This hybrid role requires flexibility in office attendance and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate has a proven background in a similar role, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. Competitive salary and numerous employee benefits are offered, making this an attractive opportunity for the right individual.
We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team, based at our head office in Whitley, Yorkshire, supporting our C-suite.
As our Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level proactive administrative support to our C‑suite executives, including the CEO, CFO and CTO, to ensure their day‑to‑day activities and schedules are optimised. This will include planning and coordinating meetings, arranging events, drafting and circulating communications, taking minutes, arranging invitations, presentations and travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
This is a hybrid role, but flexibility is essential. You’ll need to be in the office whenever the CEO is onsite, which could be any day Monday to Friday. There are no fixed office days (you can assume typically 2–3 days per week onsite), and while these are usually known in advance, you must be prepared to come in at short notice when required.
You will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑Suite members, planning and coordinating board meetings, company events, and travel arrangements, including international travel and visa requirements. Excellent organisational, planning and time‑management skills are essential.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a flexible and adaptable approach to work and be confident representing Tunstall internally and externally. A proactive approach is vital – you will be able to prioritise tasks and identify conflicting priorities early, escalating as required and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner. In addition, you will need a high attention to detail, and a positive attitude willing to take on new tasks as required.
If you are not sure if you have the relevant skills or experience, then please apply (only takes a few minutes) and let our team review and come back to you.
