This is a highly varied role offering the chance to act as a true partner, coordinating both business and selected personal commitments while contributing meaningfully to a small, warm, and growing team.

THE ROLE :

This position is a blend of classic EA support and broader coordination across the Principal’s fast-paced professional world. You will oversee extensive travel logistics, ensure seamless meeting and itinerary planning, support preparation for regular Board commitments, and maintain organisation across multiple business and personal priorities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include :
  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • Extensive European-focused travel coordination, plus occasional US / Asia trips
  • Preparation and organisation ahead of board meetings
  • Coordination of business and personal commitments
  • Occasional support for the Principal’s spouse (less than 10%)
  • Opportunities to assist with event planning, including limited travel
  • Acting as a trusted partner ensuring the Principal is consistently set up for success

The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, discreet, and able to remain calm under pressure. Exceptional organisational skills, strong judgement, and a proactive mindset will be essential. Given the international demands of the role, fluency in both English and German is required. You should enjoy working independently at times, particularly during periods of the Principal’s extensive travel, when remote working is welcomed.

BENEFITS AND DETAILS :
  • Hybrid working during travel periods (up to 50% of the year)
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Opportunity to grow with a small, collaborative team
  • Exposure to high-level international environments
  • And more!
