Are you an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant looking for an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at a strategic level?

We’re looking for a proactive and trusted professional to provide high‑level support to our CEO and wider Executive Team ensuring strategic priorities are met, operations run smoothly and communication across the organisation remains seamless.

In this pivotal role you’ll act as the right hand to the CEO anticipating needs, managing priorities and helping translate strategy into action. You’ll coordinate leadership activities, streamline internal processes and support key initiatives that drive organisational success.

What you’ll be doing :
Executive & Leadership Support
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, travel and logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, materials and minutes for leadership meetings; track actions and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Anticipate priorities and deliverables to enable smooth operations.
  • Support strategic planning and internal communications for the leadership team.
Operational Coordination
  • Maintain centralised business calendars and reporting schedules.
  • Promote cross‑team communication and reduce operational silos.
  • Ensure key meetings, deadlines and events are visible and aligned with strategic priorities.
Information & Document Management
  • Draft, edit and format high‑quality reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases and CRMs.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Financial & Administrative Support
  • Process expenses, invoices and purchase orders.
  • Track budgets and highlight opportunities for cost efficiency.
Project & Strategic Initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision‑making.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and organisational milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the CEO and organisation with professionalism, diplomacy and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For :
