Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure the smooth and compliant administration of external examinations in line with JCQ regulations, managing exam entries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with Exams teams across the Trust. You will also serve as the academy’s GDPR Officer, overseeing data audits, monitoring access to personal information, and working with the Trust to ensure data is handled securely and responsibly.

Remuneration & Working Hours

This is a permanent opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week, term time + 2 weeks inset (Monday-Friday 8:15am-4:15pm). This role offers an actual salary of £24,016 (£26,861 FTE) per annum.
