Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield, United Kingdom, is seeking a proactive C&E Sales Executive to support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering unforgettable events.

You will handle day-to-day enquiries, coordinate events from brief to billing, attend site visits and tastings, and serve as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring our standards, attention to detail, and excellent customer service across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a mid to large hotel sales team
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow the hotel sales process, show rounds, and sales efforts; forecast and manage space release and event policies
• Directly answer all incoming group inquiries/opportunities
• Be the point of contact with the customer for all pre-planning details
• Create event function sheets to document client requirements and share with resort teams
• Handle calls to discuss event details, use questioning techniques and address objections
• Conduct face-to-face site visits and menu tastings; make final detail calls
• Book and attend client pre- and post-event meetings; assist with enquiries during busy periods
