Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Events Sales Executive to join our Weddings, Social Events and Corporate Dinners team. You will be responsible for booking and planning events, building strong client relationships, and driving conversions through exceptional service.

The role is 40 hours per week, including 1–2 Saturdays per month, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences and targets within a dynamic, award-winning resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales experience is required.
• Must be methodical with attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
• Must be computer literate with hotel PMS Delphi and Daylight.
• Guest-focused and enthusiastic with excellent customer service.
• Flexible and able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Booking and planning of Weddings, Social Events and Corporate Dinners.
• Handling day-to-day enquiries and event coordination to Belfry standards.
• Communicating with the Meetings and Events team to create fantastic experiences.
• Achieving individual and team conversion targets.
• Arranging and conducting show-arounds to showcase facilities.
