You’ll handle telephone, email and third-party enquiries, conduct venue show-arounds, produce quotations, contracts and invoices, and drive upsells while coordinating with reservations and operations teams for flawless

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years in sales or event management, preferably in hotels.
• Proven ability to sell and coordinate C&E services.
• Strong contract negotiations and client relationship skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Manage enquiries by phone, email and third parties with accuracy.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual venue show-arounds highlighting facilities.
• Produce quotations, proposals, contracts and pro-forma invoices; drive upsells.
• Coordinate bookings from contract through final details with reservations and operations.
• Monitor allocations, rooming lists and billing; manage changes per policy.
• Stay informed on market trends; support showcases, tradeshows and events.
• Mentor junior C&E sales executives and share best practices.
