Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a dedicated Meetings & Events Bar & Set Up Supervisor to lead our busy F&B team. You will check BEO details with clients, ensure accurate handover to departments and monitor setup quality to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Working 45 hours per week, five days out of seven, you will inspire staff, set performance standards with the Bar Manager, brief and train the team, and foster pride and morale across the department while hitting

Qualifications

• Experienced supervisor who has led teams in busy, food and beverage setting.
• Passionate about quality food, wine and beverages and the use of seasonal produce.
• An inspirational leader who develops your team and fosters excitement for our food and drinks offering.
• Fantastic eye for detail.
• Experienced in taking ownership over your department and achieving financial and guest targets.
• Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues.
