A leading events management firm in the UK seeks an Events & Partnerships Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events. This role requires extensive experience in event management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing partnerships, and ensuring seamless operations. The position includes a mix of in-office and remote working, with travel across the UK. Working in collaboration with the marketing team, the Events & Partnerships Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences, together with managing our partnerships (sponsorships and association memberships) to ensure we maximise our return on investment. This role requires strong leadership, effective multi-tasking and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience - Extensive experience in event management, with a proven track record of handling professional services events preferred.
Soft Skills - Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask under pressure. Clear concise written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with email marketing platforms is a plus. Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and digital event platforms preferred. We will be transitioning to a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform during 2026 and aim to utilise the event modules.
This role will require a mix of in-office, on-site and remote working with a requirement for occasional travel across the UK. The majority of our events are based in London.
