An exciting opportunity to join this thriving Tech focussed company who are in South Leeds. Working as a part of the busy marketing team, the Events Administrator will play a key part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of all events. This fast-paced role will allow you to be part of key industry events across the UK. This role is varied and will grow with the successful candidate who will bring energy and ideas; key duties will include;

Responsibilities
  • Manage the coordination and booking of all events
  • Negotiating rates
  • Creating campaigns
  • Work across the business to manage attendees to events
  • Liaise with event contacts to manage all set up
  • Managing invitations and attendee queries
  • Manage all lead generation
  • Conducting after event feedback surveys
  • Manage all event merchandise
  • All ad hoc administration

This fully office-based role is an all-encompassing events role, joining this fast-paced team, the successful candidate must be a car owner and have a clean driving licence as attendance at UK wide events is essential.

The successful candidate will have;
