Your Role Accountabilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns for CNNIC events
  • Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, sales, design) to align messaging and timelines
  • Keep to campaign budgets and report on ROI
Content & Communications
  • Create compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, websites, social media, and print
  • Liaise with the events production team, sales, and partners for promotional content and assets
Event Promotion & Audience Acquisition
  • Work with the Event Audience Manager to identify audience segments to optimise outreach
  • Drive delegate registrations and attendance through targeted marketing strategies
  • Monitor and improve performance across paid and organic channels
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Provide post‑event reports and insights to inform future strategies
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with internal commercial teams at various levels, freelancers, and editorial
  • Work with the sales teams to maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners to support co‑marketing efforts
Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within events or media/publishing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in marketing automation/event platforms (e.g., Braze, Splash) and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
  • Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making

Hybrid Working — This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
