We are seeking an Event and Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and brand impact across EMEA North (UK, DACH, Nordics, and NCEE). This role blends high‑quality event delivery with account‑focused field execution, aligned to ABM and global campaigns.

This role is available to anyone based in the following locations:

  • Finland
  • Poland
  • Netherlands
  • UK
Your daily responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and trade shows across EMEA North.
  • Partner with Sales and Alliances to build field programs for priority accounts (Tier 1 and Tier 2).
  • Align regional plans to ABM plays and global campaigns to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Manage end‑to‑end program execution: targeting, invitations, registrations, onsite delivery, and post‑event conversion.
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, speakers, and production to ensure consistent quality across countries.
  • Own budget management, forecasting, and procurement across the regional event and field plan.
  • Maintain strong measurement and attribution through CRM and marketing automation, including campaign tagging and reporting.
  • Run a structured follow‑up motion with SDRs and AEs, supported by clear handoffs and SLAs.
What success looks like:
  • Predictable quarterly pipeline contribution from regional events and field programs.
  • Strong conversion rates from invite to attendance, and from attendance to SQL and opportunity.
  • Fast, disciplined post‑event follow‑up that converts engagement into meetings and opportunities.
  • Clean reporting that supports regional decision‑making and forecasting.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of B2B event marketing and field marketing experience in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor leadership across multiple countries.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce or HubSpot, plus Marketo or Eloqua).
  • A data‑driven approach to planning, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with hyperscaler or partner co‑marketing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM).
  • Experience in cloud, data, AI, security, or managed services.

We encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all of the requirements. We value your growth potential and enthusiasm!

What we offer:
  • Individual training budget and exam fees for certifications
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working model
  • Company laptop and needed equipment
  • Local package such as up to 7% matched pension contributions, extensive private health care, Bupa dental plan, and a seasonal ticket loan, enhanced maternity and parental leave, gym expense or well‑being monthly and mobile phone allowance
