Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd is seeking a part-time out-of-hours scheduler to support the United Utilities contract in Warrington. This role covers a 24-hour week rota, with potential weekday, bank holiday, and weekend hours, offering essential service continuity for our UU network.

You will manage customer calls and emails, provide accurate information, and navigate our in-house software to update systems and hand over work to other teams, driving timely responses and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous customer contact experience (telephone or face to face).
• Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing information.

• Deal with customer complaints and resolve promptly.
