Lanes Group Ltd is seeking a part-time out-of-hours scheduler to support the United Utilities contract in Warrington. This role covers a 24-hour week rota, with potential weekday, bank holiday, and weekend hours, offering essential service continuity for our UU network.
You will manage customer calls and emails, provide accurate information, and navigate our in-house software to update systems and hand over work to other teams, driving timely responses and service improvements.

United Utilities operates across a number of contracts across our business, predominantly wastewater network services as part of the AMP 7 period plan.
The Team support reactive and planned maintenance across the CCTV & Jetting and Civils teams, further supported by our in house Traffic Management Division and Capital Projects covering the entire UU network.

We are actively looking for 1 part time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract.
A 5 week rota is provided and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend.
