Vets Now Swansea is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join the emergency care team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, take calls, greet visitors, book appointments and handle payments with efficiency and care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients during emergencies, greeting all clients, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling payments.
• Manage administrative duties in clinic to ensure smooth service operation.
• Provide updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients needing assistance.
• Be a friendly, reassuring presence, offering support and information to clients.
• Act as liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
