You will relay important updates to the veterinary team, handle administrative duties, and provide reassuring support to clients in stressful situations.

Aufgaben

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services; greet clients, take calls, and handle payments.
• Provide updates to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic.
• Handle administration duties accurately to support clinic operations.
• Serve as first point of contact for clients during emergencies, including booking appointments.
• Maintain smooth administration and relay information to staff.
• Offer friendly client support and act as liaison between clients and vets.
