• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates: relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties: perform administrative tasks accurately.
