• First point of contact: Serve as initial point of contact for clients during emergency situations, including greeting clients, answering calls, booking appointments and handling financial transactions.
• Administration: Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensure smooth operation of the service; provide updates to veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients requiring assistance.
• Client Support: Be a friendly and reassuring presence, offering support and information when clients need it most; act as liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
