Vets Now Belfast is seeking a Weekend Veterinary Receptionist to provide a warm welcome to clients in emergencies, greet visitors, answer calls, book appointments and handle payments with accuracy.

You will manage clinic administration, keep veterinary teams updated on patients, and offer friendly, reassuring support to clients while coordinating with the wider emergency care team, with benefits and a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

• Serve as initial contact for clients during emergencies; greet clients, answer calls, book appointments, and process payments.
