Qualifications

  • Good level of communication.
  • Ability to work and lead a team.
  • Ability to be proactive and efficient in approach.
  • PTS [Personal Track Safety].
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with ad hoc challenges.
  • Ability to work from your own initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team and ensure delivery of station cleaning.
  • Roster staff accordingly to allocated stations.
  • Cover annual leave and sickness.
  • Manage staff performance.
  • Liaise with HR to address challenges timely.
  • Ensure staff receive hours worked using Timegate.
  • Complete arbitration and report on audits.
  • Visit ARL stations to monitor cleaning outputs.
  • Maintain SLAs set out within the contract.
  • Work in partnership with the client.
