Gatwick Mercedes-Benz in Crawley is seeking a General Manager to lead the dealership, drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction while coaching managers and teams to deliver world-class service.

The role requires proven automotive leadership at GM/Head of Business level with a solid understanding of EV vehicles, and the ability to motivate staff and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Experience at General Manager / Head of Business level or automotive management
• Solid understanding of EV vehicles
• Ability to lead and develop teams and communicate with employees and customers
