Eastbourne Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the dealership, drive sales and profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will manage resources across the dealership, coach managers, and ensure world-class service aligned with the brand.

The role requires a proven track record at GM/Head of Business level or senior automotive management, with solid EV knowledge and strong people management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience at General Manager / Head of Business level or senior Automotive Manager
• Solid understanding of EV vehicles
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, and build strong relationships with employees and customers

Aufgaben

• Develop a customer service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building and coaching with your teams
• Communicate and maintain customer service standards and measurements in line with the Brand requirements
• Provide clear leadership by ensuring the vision and objectives for the business are understood and communicated
• Train and develop department managers in line with organisational requirements
• Agree objectives & work standards with department managers and review performance
• Develop and monitor the business plan for all sales areas with senior managers to meet objectives, profit margins and market penetration
