Qualifications

• Experience at General Manager or Head of Business level or senior Automotive Manager.
• Solid understanding of EV vehicles recommended.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer-focused environment and culture through regular communication and coaching.
• Set and maintain customer service standards aligned with the Brand requirements.
• Provide clear leadership by communicating the business vision and objectives.
• Train and develop department managers to meet organisational needs.
• Agree objectives with department managers and review performance.
• Develop and monitor the sales plan with senior managers to hit profit and market targets.
