Lookers (Stoke Mercedes-Benz) is seeking a General Manager to lead dealership operations, drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction across the business. You will manage a motivated team, set targets, and ensure delivery of world-class service and brand standards at a busy metropolitan site.

The role demands strong leadership, experience at GM level, and a solid understanding of EV vehicles to guide strategic decisions and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience at General Manager / Head of Business level or higher in automotive retail.
• Solid understanding of EV vehicles and technology.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer service driven environment and culture through regular communication, team building and coaching with your teams.
• Provide clear leadership by ensuring the vision and objectives for the business are understood and communicated.
• Train and develop department managers in line with organisational requirements.
