Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select best suppliers for event needs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteers team.
• Maintain inventory and track event resources.
• Coordinate with venue staff on logistics and signage.
