CFO Insights in London is seeking an operationally focused individual to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience across ten events per year, ensuring flawless delivery from setup through close.

This fast-paced, entrepreneurial role offers real responsibility, opportunities to work with the CEO and founder, and clear paths for internal promotion as you build transferable

Qualificações

• No specific work experience required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Source, negotiate, and manage venues and suppliers for conferences.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure logistics are in place.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of volunteers.
