Presidents Summit Ltd. is seeking an operations leader to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, from venues to on-site teams and the attendee experience.

You will work in our London HQ, taking ownership of critical conference operations in a fast-paced startup-like environment. The role offers tangible impact, mentorship from senior leadership, and clear internal promotion paths, with opportunities to travel to conferences overseas.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and select the best suppliers for various event needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers for cost-effectiveness and high quality.
• Coordinate with venues and vendors to ensure smooth logistics.
• Oversee on-site teams and volunteers during conferences.
• Manage budgets and track changes in a timely manner.
• Quality-check design assets and promotional materials.
