Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Operations Lead to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences from our London base.

You will coordinate venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, ship high-quality events, and manage a 40-person volunteer workforce across multiple conferences with travel

Qualifications

• Training provided, no prior experience required.
• UK work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for event needs.
• Negotiate contracts with venues and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Lead and train a 40-person volunteer crew for conferences.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling and inventory for events.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high-standard attendee experience.
