Job summary

Presidents Summit Ltd. in London seeks an operations leader to own the end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences annually, managing venues, suppliers, on-site teams and attendee experience.

You will work in-person at our London HQ, taking on high responsibility, coordinating with the CEO and founder, and developing transferable project-management skills. Travel to conferences overseas is possible as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Research and Management: source, compare, and select best suppliers for event needs.
• Event Planning: plan VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• On-site Support: provide on-site assistance ensuring events run smoothly.
• Internal Team Support: track queries and maintain inventory sheets.
• Quality checks: review banners, signage, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage volunteers: hire, train, and supervise a 40-person team.
