Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking an operationally focused individual to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year — from venues and suppliers to on-site teams and attendee experience.

You'll join our HQ-based operations team, thrive under deadlines, and ship with meticulous attention to detail while collaborating with a driven, entrepreneurial group. Travel to conferences overseas is part of the role.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Training provided for all levels.
• Strong communication and organisational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Supplier research and management: source, compare and negotiate with suppliers; maintain relationships; budget reviews.
• Event planning: coordinate venues, plan VIP events, and ensure smooth on-site execution.
• Internal team support: track inquiries, manage inventory, and quality-check promotional materials.
• On-site volunteer organisation: hire, train, and manage a 40-person team.
