You will nurture partner ecosystems, analyze market trends, and deliver strategic plans to exceed regional revenue targets in a fast-growing global IoT brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or business development in smart intercom, IP access control, or smart physical security.
• Bachelor's degree or above; technical field preferred.
• Fluent in English with professional Mandarin proficiency.
• Knowledge of European trade procedures and relevant market regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans to meet regional targets.
• Expand channel ecosystem by nurturing existing partners and onboarding new distributors across Europe.
• Manage strategic key accounts and pursue new B2B opportunities via multi‑channel BD approaches.
• Monitor competitor dynamics, client feedback, and market trends to inform product and strategy iterations.
