Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales/market development experience in industrial or engineered-product markets.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams across multiple countries.

• Lead European sales team to achieve revenue growth, market share, and price realization.
