The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking a Western EMEA Sales Manager to lead our Regulatory Services (Medical Devices) commercial team across the UK and EMEA. This role shapes regional sales strategy, builds a high-performing team, and drives ambitious growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years' previous experience of managing teams and proven experience with business development.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, regulatory services, certification or related sectors.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Managers across the UK and EMEA.
• Deliver regional sales, growth, and retention targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to business objectives.
