HRBS Global seeks a Sales Leader / Country Manager to build the UK business from the ground up in Coventry, owning the UK P&L and leading the sales team. You will bridge UK market needs with China and Vietnam operations and drive channel development across retail, trade and professional security.

You will shape strategy, recruit, and manage the UK team, and oversee GTM for new products while aligning pricing, content, and promotions with partners and regulators.

Formación

• : 10+ years in sales and business development in security, fire safety, smart home or consumer electronics.
• A proven record of building a local sales team from 0 to 1.
• A verifiable record of growing a business in the UK or Europe and expanding retail/pro channels.
• Experience launching new products from start to finish.
• Localising an Asian or overseas brand is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years as BU head, country or regional GM or sales/marketing director.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and market insight: assess UK security and smart home category and build entry strategies with 3-year growth plan.
• Channel development and execution: build new channels, manage key accounts, drive JBPs, lead GTM for new product launches.
• Retail and channel management: end-to-end retailer onboarding, listings, terms, and promotional calendars.
• Organization building: recruit and lead UK sales, KA and customer support teams; cross-cultural coordination with HQ.
• Results and KPIs: define and track channel KPIs, own UK revenue and profitability.
• Digital and data: use data/AI to forecast, plan and connect online/offline channels.
