Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA is advantageous.
• 10+ years in a service-focused business environment.
• Proven success in driving commercial growth and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of service business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with data-to-action ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead European service growth strategy for recurring and non-recurring service business.
• Drive service sales performance and support country teams to meet growth targets.
• Deploy service sales campaigns and customer-focused growth programs.
• Partner with operations to establish scalable revenue models.
• Utilize CRM and digital sales tools to improve pipeline management.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and lead generation to boost pipeline and conversion.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead training and enablement to strengthen product knowledge and engagement.
