Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or related field.
• 3–5 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to manage large datasets.
• Ability to develop business plans and executive-level content.
• English communication, written and verbal, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape Johnson Controls’ strategic direction with senior leadership.
• Lead development of proprietary market insights and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, and finance on portfolio strategy.
• Support regional transformation projects with quantitative analysis.
