Job summary

Travelodge Hotels Limited is seeking an IT EUC Support Engineer to deliver and support end‑user computing services across hotels, offices and field teams. You will manage support tickets to ensure issues are prioritized, progressed, and resolved within SLA while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will help improve Knowledge Base content, identify shift-left opportunities, and contribute to EUC projects and system rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EUC support in a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of EUC technologies and ITIL best practice.
• Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support EUC services across hotels, offices, and field teams.
• Manage support tickets to meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Enhance Knowledge Base content and identify shift-left opportunities.
• Contribute to EUC projects, system rollouts and ongoing management.
• Take part in the daily rota for the Head Office Tech Bar, providing high-quality service.
