Job summary

Travelodge is seeking an IT EUC Support Engineer to deliver end-user computing support across hotels, offices and field teams. You will manage tickets to meet SLA and KPIs while driving knowledge base improvements and user experience.

You will participate in EUC projects, system rollouts and daily rota for the Head Office Tech Bar, delivering high-quality, face-to-face service and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EUC support in a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practice.
• Willing to be hands-on and participate in daily rota.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support EUC services across hotels, offices, and field teams.
• Manage support tickets to ensure issues are prioritised and resolved within SLA.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base content and shift-left improvements.
• Participate in EUC projects, system rollouts and ongoing system management.
• Provide responsive, friendly support and high-quality face-to-face service at Head Office Tech Bar.
