Job summary

Saragossa invites applications for an engineering-focused EUC specialist to join our growing Private Equity team in London. You will perform hands-on desktop engineering, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration, handling tickets from initial contact to resolution.

You'll work with Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint Online, and Cisco Webex, configuring devices and supporting users while adhering to ITIL standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EUC engineering and desktop support experience.
• End-to-end ticket handling from initial contact to resolution.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across the EUC environment.
• Configure and manage endpoints using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and SharePoint Online for users.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cyber teams to solve issues.
