Job summary

• Experience delivering EUC support in a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of EUC technologies and ITIL best practice.
• Willingness to be hands-on and improve support processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support EUC services across hotels, offices, and home- or field-based teams.
• Manage support tickets to ensure issues are prioritised, progressed, and resolved within SLA.
• Contribute to knowledge base improvements and identify shift-left opportunities.
• Participate in EUC projects, system rollouts, and ongoing system management; provide responsive support to internal customers.
• Take part in the daily rota for the Head Office Tech Bar to provide high-quality face-to-face service.
