Job summary

Ekco seeks a Level 2 EUC Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise device migration and workplace transformation programme. You will work with Level 3 engineers, EUC teams, and project stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience during deployment, migration, and post-migration activities in a highly regulated GMP environment.

Key duties include Level 2 support for EUC devices/apps, readiness testing during migrations, and coordination with deployment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 2 EUC and application support within enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting Windows-based applications and endpoint environments (Windows 10/11).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent; ITIL-aware processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 EUC and application support for enterprise environments.
• Assist with device migration deployments and readiness testing.
• Troubleshoot application compatibility and user access issues.
• Coordinate onboarding of EUC devices into new environments.
• Support software installations, upgrades and deployments.
